Ntobeko Mhlungu before you can start messaging other users you should be actively learning for atleast 21 days.
But you have been here a vast amount of time. If you attempted to contact other users and they haven't accepted your request then obviously they don't want to talk OR they are using the website instead of the app. There is no website messaging.
Remember above they too have to be active atleast 21 days from the date they joined

Hi everyone, I think that if someone new want's to send private messages, it's very important to have at least some level or the mentor star.
For example, if you want to send a message to someone that receives a lot of messages per day. If the writer wants the receptor to read his mail, he will have his message read more probably if the sender has a lot of level or haves the mentor star.
Also, you should be carefull to wich people send messages and talk to. Of course that the most of the people will act normally, but that doesn't means that there are people that are sesible. In case you just wrote someone sensibe to say that something can be better done this way or that way that person could be offended.
In conclusion it a very usefull tool if you: - Can be responsed without the need of beeing a high level.
- Make sure that the other person is trustfull to write.
