Okay every browser has his own style ( user agent style ) and your own styling or defaults ( element style ).

So in web designing you have to reset user agent style and start your own styling.

You can use something like :
1- css reset :
www.Cssreset.com

2- normalize :
Nocolas.github.io/normalize.css
