Javascript and HTML apps?

HTML and Javascript are my 2 most comfortable languages. However, I am incredibly worried that if I upload an app to the play store, it won't work. Can I put an app made from html and js?

Yes of course you can! Play market takes applications and games, even web technologies, so you do not have to worry about it! :)

First of all you have to convert your web app(.html) to android app (.apk). Only then you'll be able to upload it to PlayStore.
