Why is it quitting?

Hey, Well so I am new to coding so sorry if the question might seem stupid.
When i start the .rb it starts but close directly. like it executes the codes but then close it. Is they a way to not close it at the end ?

while I know nothing of ruby I imagine you are sinply running through the code without adding a delay or something that waits for input, because of this the program is done with all of its instructions so it simply terminates and closes the command line window
