C++ is considered a hard to learn but popular language. But by understanding concepts and practice it will be easier.
I've just passed 12th class(high school) with Computer Science as subject.
In starting, it seems somewhat difficult but gradually you will become familiar with it. It took me just 1 month to learn c++ just by reading books, without any teaching or tutorials.
So, if you try by your heart it is very easy to learn c++.
