Very clear question... xD. If I understand you correct, and you mean you don't know with what language you should start learning. Then my answer to you is: learn JavaScript as code and CSS in addition to HTML. You can add both to your HTML files and make your website's even more responsive. When you know how to program in JavaScript it's easier to step over to another language. Good luck coding!

Well, you could. Buy what I did for CSS, is that I had one basic HTML file, in which I just put all that I could do with CSS. After I got the hang of it I just started making small sites that weren't ever going to get aired. That way I got experience. And I think that that last thing will help most. Taking online free courses will definitely help too. ;) Goodluck!

Definitely @Melih Melik Sonmez, but from only knowing HTML it's better to just start with JavaScript for programming sake and it's simplicity. It also just didn't cross my mind because I do not yet master PHP.

listen @AMAN this is enough for mostly anything. but in some cases you may also learn php cause javascript ,css and html are client side and sometimes you may need to do things at server-side (which means code runs at server and give result to user and user can not see code,it is necessary for security )
