It retrieves the list of disk paths where Python looks to find modules. Then it overrides the default path (path[0]), which normally would be the same folder where the program is running from. Finally, it prints all the contents of the path list. Beware that Sololearn's batch script modifies the output to replace actual paths with a mask that hides the true paths. That is why you see "\Playground\" in the paths.
