I was coding in html by phone...and by mistake I removed the recent apps..so my whole coded data is gone ..how can I get it back

If you did not save it, then this is a lesson for you to save more often. You can get it back by writing the code again. There are no magic tricks.
If you happened to do this in an app which automatically saves your progress in the cloud, then there is a chance your code is still up there. But if you are talking about the Sololearn app, and you did not save, then you just have to start over.
