You are trying to make ios app in java does question make sense..?
Java and swift are completely different.

For ios development you need to learn swift language or objective c and xcode is must.
I don't think is their any tools available for windows for ios development.

I've tried the gluon framework with kotlin's binding for iOS few years ago, it's a simple "hello world" project so I'm not sure of the capability but truly you need xcode to test your app
