Certificate different between each person

Question

Why, each person has a different catalogue of certificate.
For exemple, I have "introduction SQL" but a person has just "SQL" ?
And I have not "Python for Finance" but a person has this certification course.

Previous there is only SQL course. So for those, who completed that has "sql" Certificate. But now, course is revised to parts intro to sql, intermediate sql with added features so now names changed.
Python for finance is removed now. May / may not added again. Completion of certificate, will not be removed from profile.
