Does Sololearn's policy allow you to use a response from ChatGPT?

I was looking through the threads and noticed that some have AI generated answers.

ChatGPT is just a language engine. Its answers are based on statistical probability of words placed in context, spiced up with a bit of randomness.
As soon as you understand this, you realize that it is not a miraculous know-it-all, not an Oracle of great wisdom. It usually gives answers that SOUND convincing enough, because it constructs well-spoken English sentences. But the actual content, may contain untruthful information, heavily influenced by the asker's BIAS, as well as any unknown biases of the training data.
At this point there is no clear guidance from Sololearn about chatgpt answers. But generally if you use it to answer a Sololearn question, you should indicate the source as usual.
Rather than pretending that the answer is based on your own knowledge, wisdom or experience.

On the contrary, it would be spectacularly nice if SoloLearn included chatGPT or other AIs to answer questions faster and more accurately

Mirielle You are probably right. I think in the future it would be good if such answers were marked with a corresponding tag. That would be fair.
If I'm not mistaken, on other known platforms, such answers are not allowed.

Tibor Santa So rightly said. This is only a model - LLM. But it is very powerful, and the answer will depend on how you design the prompt.

Provided the content of the answers does not include phrase that are against the rule such as ... and offtopic. I don't think there's any guideline that prohibits the use of answers generated from chatgpt

NinjaGamer Good point of view. By the way, I can already see how AI can improve SoloLearn. For example, find similar questions and delete duplicates or add links to them in the first comment, etc
