Certificate without any logo or signature

Question

I have completed python introduction, but my certificate is showing no logo or any signature of sololearn. I have my previous certificate with both logo and signature. Please help

Is your network singal is well enough? Try with better network later. If not work then report to by app option or via mail reply to [e-mail]

Don't worry if you don't get immediately reply.. You can regenerate later anytime, if there any general bug fixed , later..

Thanks Jayakrishnan.. I tried the app as well.. The same result.. Hence I have sent a mail regarding this to [e-mail].

I just completed python and mine is missing the logo and signature too. I hope they can fix this.
