What to do with my bits?

Hi, i have around 2k bits but have 0 clue what to even use them for? Are they just not really useful yet, and will more uses be implemented soon?

From what I've seen there isn't really a general use for them besides getting hearts, which seems to be it.

All courses have additional excersizes for pro members. Those are locked for non-pro users.
Non-pro version users can use bits to unlock those to try out..

Im not able to unlock pro exercises
