i completed all the projects after each module and still i am not able to download the certificate.. FYI course is also done .... should i do all the practise questions also?

No. You may missing something in lessons. Is all lessons marked in green tick?
You will get a notification badge "completed course" as you can see "started course" in your activity feed.
Close and reopen app then check again..
