Can't write my codes 😖

Hi dear all , I've been trying to complete my lessons and practice but every time I want to write my codes there's this Error: Oops something went wrong ...
I already emailed sololearn for this issue
It's been 2 days they haven't answered
I even deleted the app's data but it didn't work 😖
Please I need your help 🙏🙏🙏

I think you are typing the program wrong

You can feel free to message me

If you have mailed sololearn, sololearn takes responses slowly, it may take time
but people in sololearn can do nothing if you ask them for help, but we can sure help you in your codes

I guess it's just the bug that this app has but thanks anyway

It's not the code it happens whenever I want to code ...
I mean when you finish the lesson there's a part that you can practice what you've learned ... And when I want to enter that part it shows that error

Possible reasons why the Code Playground does not work:

1. The Internet is restricted or disabled. If you use Mobile data transmission (Mobile Internet), then try to connect to Wi-Fi and try again, and vice versa: if an error occurs when using Wi-Fi, then try to connect to the Internet using Mobile data transmission and try again.

2. The version of the SoloLearn application that you are using is outdated. Try updating the app in the market on your device (Android / iOS) or use the website: https://www.sololearn.com/

3. SoloLearn Software Error: If you are using the SoloLearn mobile application, try downloading or updating the course where the error occurs.

Usually the error occurs due to one of these errors.
