SoloLearn new policy on making a code public!!

I think it has been there always(i might be wrong), since you are saving someone else code and making it public as yours there should be some rules one should know about.

∆BH∆Y ... I agree with Abhay. It's my suggestion for not making it public, however it is part of code coach. If you published & code is reviewed by Mods, they will private it anyway (for going against guidelines) Better, keep it private in my opinion 🤷
