Dealing with Numbers...Can You Do Better?

Question

Think of a way of dealing with a list of numbers in defferent and uncertain digits(positive integer)and output a single number,from which you can get the original list.Here is my solution,but the original arrangement is lost.Can you do better?

Right.But after the operation the numbers are automatically sorted.I don't like it.
