By using span every one getting square dotted box but I am getting heading sentence

Pulasani Aswini Yes you need to use css for that even In lesson number 10 that is Blog Project : My Skills in example code they used css. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are used for formatting purpose web page looks beautiful with css.

you can't get dotted box just by using html elements unless they have styles already applied to them .
For dotted box apply the following css ,
span{
border-style:dotted;
}
