Is learning a programming language easier than learning a real language like Chinese or Greek for example?

Every programming language is knowledge of base english words + syntax of specified language and some logic!!!! If ypu can mimd logically, know words like if,else,finally,catch,try you know any programming language on 30%. Other 40% is detailed synax and finally 30% is some spwcific situation comes with practice

Well, learning a programming language is more about technicalities and structure, while a normal world language is about its' structure and a lot of words. A programming language contains less terms and more logic, so in that way it should be a complex start to learn both programming and world languages, but after that the programming language should be easier to learn.
