I'm using android not iOS that's why I have no idea about sololearn on iOS that what functions they have or not. To send quiz and lessons you can install an android emulator on PC then install sololearn on emulator then send your quizzes and lessons.

If you want to use sololearn on PC you can use bluestacks and any other android emulator. Btw sololearn also has a website which does not include quiz and lesson factory. On iOS you can use sololearn it's also available on iOS.
