Why does this code doesn't display image when I try it with note pad or web version sololearn

Question

This code works if I run it in my phone and displays the image.. But when i run it using my computer on solo learn it doesn't displays the image.. Can someone explain me why

You have to upload your image to one drive or Google drive or any other. create the link of image and paste it here
