Issues with inline-block and button

I've been trying to fix this since yesterday with no success and i was wondering what i am doing wrong. I'm trying to get the button to go under #Chats but it keeps going to the side and pushing my other div tag down and i was wondering how to fix this. Thanks in advance for your help.
