HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is the primary markup language for web pages. HTML5 is the version of HTML. There are lots of differences that are given in HTML5. The main difference between HTML and HTML 5 is that video and audio are not part of HTML while these both are integral parts of HTML5 specifications. There are a lot of differences describe here: http://www.differencebtw.com/difference-between-html-and-html5/

There's no difference between Html and Html5, as Html5 is the current/used version of Html. If you mean Html in a different meaning, you think to Html version 1, and the differences are so many, that we should be advised to list only the similiraties :P At least, if you mean Html as the previous Html4 version, you make a mistake, as if you don't specify the version, you talk about all of or the current version, not differenciate Html5 as is was another language ^^ However, answers to this redundant question are usually in this bad meaning :(
