then you should've bought a windows laptop,windows forms only work on windows anyway not a mac.

If you program the windows form, you can recompile it with target .Net core, which can be run on cross platform os, including Mac OS.
If it is not your program, then you can only install a Virtual Machine running Windows program on your Mac.
