If you mean transform your photo by clicking on it,you will need a JavaScript function :
In the html , in the img tag give an attribute onclick="function name()",and then in JavaScript file build your function : function function name(){
...your code...}
And in your CSS it s up to you about giving effects you d like.
But you can try applying effects in your CSS and testing them with pseudoclass hover.
To make animation in CSS you should check for
@keyframes lessons
And maybe if you learn js you can also see how to handle canvas with 3d contexte.
