Some good android apps are Pydroid and for Windows and Mac and Linux you can go with either PyCharm or VsCode. Websites like hacker rank are good for practicing any kind of languages and there a lot of challenge and questions available on Sololearn only posted by fellow Sololearners. You can try solving them out to test your skills.
