Take input type as a button and use onclick event. Call your function check() on that event. Make another function which will give output. Call that function in check () function after validating every field.

This maybe the possible solution Because input type submit refresh the whole page after submitting data. So it will not work here.

Given your `check` function returns false on each invalid field verification, it would be hard to accumulate the error messages and show them all at once inside div .error.
