There are plenty of resources available on the internet which teaches you. Try searching YouTube. Meanwhile you can also check other people's code and learn about making animations. Try searching for a SoloLearner called Mitali and go through her codes. She's really good at animation kind of stuffs.

PS. I could obviously tag Mitali here and could make your work easier but it's just that I'm prohibiting myself from tagging her in a thread which is not useful for her.
