As many said that there is no best language. each one has a specific field :

Kotlin ==> android (android studio*). data science. server-side development...

PHP ==> web development*. server-side scripting(the most popular)
desktop applications (not the best one).....

Python ==> it's like PHP but easer . can be used for game.dev desktop apps . scripting (hacking).... and the most popular language for Artificial intelligence* alert"i recommend it "
