Which programming language is the most suitable for Accountants to learn?

As a programmer, what programming language will you suggest I should learn to facilitate the growth of computation in Accounting?

C#/C++ with MySql to build desktop accounting software.

If you have no programming and logic formulation skills, I advice that you start with 'macros' of electronic spreadsheets

Also another skill you mite need is data base and probably visual basic to make everything connected into one project
