No programming language is good or bad. It depends upon ur choice that which language can be fruitful for u and which can't.

There is no "best" programming language. It depends on what you want to do with it. Every language has its advantages and disadvantages. With languages like javasript, there is a higher chance of not getting what you expect but with C++ you get full control over what you expect yet Javascript is popular than C++. Summary: Every language has its purpose. I hope this helps

Hmmm, that would depend upon the purpose of your code. My experience is if you are doing a lot of math, python works well, but so does c++. With C++ it's easy to control external devices. I don't know about the abilities of the other languages in these areas. So basically it is the need of the end user that can be used to make a decision as to what is the best language.
