Virtual intelligence is the combination of virtual reality and artificial intelligence. It is used in military training, robot automation by the USA military, by NASA for training and rover automation. They are called "Smart User Interfaces", while capable of many functions under the theory of Artifical Intelligence, VI doesn't know it exists or that it is a separate entity from the rest of the code.
