If you know all these languages then -

1) Design basic structure of your website by html.

2) Use Your CSS Skills to make your website look good according to your need.

3) Add some functionalities to your website with JavaScript.

4) Now connect your website with database if required use PHP for handling server side requests.

if you have learnt enough from the courses,
go ahead to the code playground and start building things,
when you are done there and comfortable, get yourself a code editor like vs code,
install on your machine and start building something.

First, this would bbe first steps i take. (If the knowledge i've gained is only HTML, CSS(I assume you have some knowledge), JAVASCRIPT, PHP.

HTML - for my websites basic structure
Example: THE MENU, THE MAIN IMAGE, CONTENT, A FORM (most probably a contact form, or a newsletter email registration), and a footer with links to your scoial media accounts.

CSS - for beautifying my fonts, colours, shadows etc

JAVASCRIPT - To notify users with alerts on registering succesfully, or clicking to a link that takes them to another website.

PHP - I'd use this to create a database of the new users that are registerin their first time, and most probably intergrate this with JAVASCRIPT to create alerts for the ones that have already registerd when thy try to register twice in my contact or newsletter section.
