Points in polyline is to define how the line will be draw, and it's separated by comma
so
points="0 0, 100 100"
will draw a line from top left go to bottom right direction.
if you add comma again it will add another line
try
points="0 0, 100 100, 200 0"
and see what happens, you'll understand easier by trying example above
