Hi! I was wondering how it is possible to make a website from 0! I mean, how can someone buy a personal domain and, after this, how can someone directly modify the website from his own pc?

Web pages (and resources) are located physically on some special computers (called servers) where you can acces to they throght some softwares (more comun way to access to files in servers its using FTP protocol where you can add, edit, remove files and directories)... One time that you have a server (exist free also but they has some limits) you have do get a domain (second level are sometimes free also and some services like altervista.org offer server and fixed secondary level domain like you username) that allow other pc to connect to your server by domain and not by ip... If you want make a free try, see for altervista (its very famous in italy) but remember to read rules before
