Why can't I add color input type in a form

Question

I cannot add a color input type in a form.
This is the code :-

Why is this happening?

Edit: It is not working in this Sololearn app. Neither in another HTML app. I am getting a text input type.

If it does not work it's because your browser does not have support to show the item. If you are on Android it is likely that some features will not work on several versions of the platform (something similar happens on IOS, especially with ES6).

If you are on a computer you only have to update your browser. Or stop using IE, lol.
