If I put an emoji on my code is that copyright? I heard that emojis are copyrighted.

I was just reading somethin about emojis being copyrighted. I saw that they are copyrighted. Could I use them in my code without permission ?

Its not just about emoji there are images , music , videos like all these things . some company takes there rights or we can say buy like T series , zee music company etc then they can give you copyright . if they have proper rights of material like in youtube . if someone use copyright material owner gave copyright strike and take monetization of video or he can block the video or can take legal action but if an owner dont get to know nothing will happen. so if you are using only on some specific location no one will get to know . I use music when I make youtube videos below 30 seconds so youtube can't check and analyze it and my video don't get hit by copyright so don't worry nothing will happens because it dont have high risk . Or you can do is search for some websites which give free images and just there one demand to give credits in your description like nocopyright sound channel on youtube .
