(Simple question about the solo learn skills pie chart)

Ok so i am a bit confused on what's the difference between influencer and contributor in the skills section on the solo learn profile. But i have my own educated guess. Is Influencer where you make questions and leave comments? does contributor count on your up votes from codes, Questions, and answers? Ill leave you to it to make the best answer.
