How many hours do you learn to code every day?

I heard 4 hours a day are recommended, from several independent sources. That shocked me a bit. Homestly I .. practice 10 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours a day. Maximum. Can you add how long you practice on average every day? (If the question is already double, please link and close)

Well, it depends on how you define learning. I definitely interact with code for over 8 hours a day, but that might be just because I do a lot of mockup projects, along with actual projects that require the knowledge. Best way of learning is just doing, instead of just reading the theory.
