Top Navigation bar link not working while scrolling above to the image.

Question

When i scroll down and when Top navigation bar is above any image..the link of the navigation bar does not work...!!! what can be the problem???

Add to .div1 class ==> z-index: 1;

although the bar disapper when i scroll down to the bottom from where the footer starts....
