Html/css layout

Question

i'm trying to make a layout of a web design, but I cant seem to make the body of the layout. the content always goes behind the header of the navigation bar. i cant seem to reposition the content.

Can you maybe post the Code or give us a little Code sheet? Or do you have it maybe live so we can see it directly ?
