Can we build an android chatbot using ChatScript?

Question

Basically it's my Major Project. Initially i thought of doing with AIML later i came across ChatScript. I can run a CS program in command prompt but unable to find a way to do the same in android. If anyone knows how to do it, then please suggest me how to do it or any link to the tutorial/video would work.

I've read that post before. That is just to build your console chatbot but not with Android. Anyways thanks for your help @Mohit
