yeah..bible ..ha ha..ha...no wonder...that' why most of the time i was defeated in c++ challenges...:D :D

no language is best. it depends entirely on your need.
if you want to develop program directly for user then you can learn java, python, JS. Otherwise if you need to work on a lower level then C++ is the bible of programming.
