Please can someone guide how can i publish my app in google play store? Does it charge to publish our app?

I never did that but as far as I know they do charge but not a lot. You know that if you can't google this instead of asking it here, you may not be able to publish your app. GOOGLE IT LADY, GO AHEAD!
