C# and c++ are object oriented, while C is not. Their usage is different, C is mostly used for low level development, like kernel development, or programming chips like AVR. C++ can be used for almost everything, application development (for every OS), Game. C# uses .net framework and can be run only on Windows. It can be run on other platforms too but not efficiently.
