@gaming snowy the hacker I mentioned used drones to cut powerlines... even without the drones, it's much simpler and you're not likely to get caught unless you're dumb about it (not wearing a disguise for cameras)

I think you're misinformed and are oversimplifying everything. if he could've hacked power he would have, as he was already inside every infrastructure he could've been. yes hacking can get better, but because it's generally exploitative, it relies on the problems of other technologies, which make that whole thing a bit more problematic. the whole press a button to hack thing cannot be done currently on the scale of watchdogs without some MASSIVE undertaking. yeah a hacker got into a whole city, but he hand did it on commandlines because the vulnerabilities were too complex to be automatic. scanning someones phone/identity cannot be done in a button because they need to connect to a network you have control of or a backdoor/malware. there are tasks that can be automated on hacking, and a lot are, but just a button is not enough. the ONLY way you could get a button that could hack anything is by having a machine learning neural network do it... good luck with that Unless you're already hacker, please shush, as you seem to not have much of an idea about what you're talking about, and are simplifying it.

I say not really because in reality it takes a lot longer than hitting a button. maybe you could make it as easy as a button but it'd take a lot of prep work, backdoors, and coding before you could. otherwise, the stuff, not the speed, of things in watch dogs is mostly possible. there was a hacker who overthrew the kuwait government by disabling water, manipulated news sites and hacked banks to incriminate officials and buy mercenaries.

I don't think we should strive toward making hacking easier 0_0 how about technology that is safer and makes the world a better place? also, why use a emp at that scale when you can just cut powerlines?

most likely not, a hacking neural network seems like a big project that needs a team (of hackers?). alpha go neural network needed a team to develop, so does the starcraft one. not impossible alone, but very difficult. there's a reason it hasn't been done yet.

yeah I think an ai could do it. it'll take a long time until that's possible though, and will need a lot of training. most likely it would be developed by military instead of regular blackhats. results will be very strange from it, especially at first.

to train an AI with the help of neural networks you need to do it at scale on massive high performance servers and with data to feed it

ya what about a AI which can learn everything on internet and can solve problems and thanks but I'm not a hacker I'm learning it and I only modify games and in my family there are many software engineer I'm just discussing for more idea and views as much as I can get because it's is better and only c level language is not enough I know so what I want to say that face book is a very big website but you won't write program on it to post you just write comment and post

I think we can do if we understand the coding as well as electronics

ya we have to write many coding but as example Thomas Edison invented bulb it was not as good as it is now and he failed 1000 times but it isn't impossible just a true determination towards work....and a way towards it
