Add a picture and navbar on particles.js

Hello guys,

I am working with html and css since 2-3 weeks.

Since two days I have a problem and I dont know how to solve it. I want this background (particles.js) over this I want a picture in the center of the screen. And then I want a navigationbar on the upper right side.

My problems:
- I have problems to put my picture in the center
- I cant manage to get the navbar on the right side. Float isnt working

To add the picture over the background I worked with z-index. Is this a bad way?
