Definitely Python with numpy and scipy libraries.

A lot of People would suggest Python but I would suggest Groovy. It supports Operator Overloading whichs makes it easy for vectors for example. And especially the default implementation of Ints that dont have a memory limit so you can calculate with a very big precision
