[Feedback] Save topics as favorite

Question

Sorry if such a subject is not meant to be in Q&A, but I'd very much like an ability to save topics/cards to come back to them later. I've programmed with Delphi and while some things are equivalent in C++, a few things are very different. I'd love finding those things quickly as I'm sure I'll forget them in a while.
