How do I make an Antivirus?

I have always been into technology (coding, cracking ect.) And I
have already committed myself to good.
So now I am interested in Antiviruses.

Firstly, I want to know what programming languages are the best for this topic.
I want an example of a basic antivirus that would delete a simple file.
Lastly, I want to know how to make a virus, so I can understand the insides of one for my antivirus.
